I stopped by to ask about an advisory that I received elsewhere. The staff thoroughly checked my vehicle's parts and gave me advice for my peace of mind. All for free. It is great to have a friendly and helpful service in the neighborhood.

Paul and his team run an absolutely excellent VW specialist garage. Very competitive and very fair on price. Excellent service. I rate them very highly and will be taking my car there for all its needs from now on.

First time using T&H motors, my experience with them has been excellent from start to finish. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I originally took my car directly to Audi for an issue with the break sensor, that was when they suggested there was actually 2 separate issues that needed sorting out, however the quoted cost of sorting the “problems” out was ludicrous.

That’s when we reached out to T & H Motors who was recommended to us by a family member. They looked over the vehicle and told me that only 1 out of the 2 issues we mentioned actually needed sorting (break sensor). They fixed the actual issue by fitting a new brake sensor. They supplied a new genuine part and fitted it for a 1/3 of Audi’s quoted price. Not only that they were very honest and transparent regarding not needing to do anything about the second “issue” Audi apparently picked up as it was completely fine, saving us even more money!

I will be taking my car here for all future MOTs and services that maybe required in the near future.

I made an enquiry via the T&H website and Paul responded to me within the hour to advise that my car was still under warranty with the dealer. He offered a safety check on my car which was carried out by Barry that afternoon These gentleman offer great customer service and a genuine desire to be helpful. I cannot thank them enough.

I’ve recently switched to this garage, following a recommendation, and have had to use them once in an emergency a few weeks ago and today for a planned service, MOT and a clutch change. Both times I’ve been really impressed and especially today. They knew how important it was for me to try and get my car back in one day but equally I knew they had a lot of work to do and that it might not happen. Not only did I get all the work done and get my car back in a day, I felt the cost was reasonable. I’m really pleased I’ve found a local garage I trust.

Incredible service! I found myself stranded on the road, and a lovely man from T & H Motors came to my rescue in no time. He jumpstarted my car without hesitation, and to my surprise, refused to accept a tip for his kindness. His integrity and willingness to help speak volumes about the garage’s dedication to customer satisfaction. Have certainly gained a new customer and will return should I require their services.
